How to have a relaxing flight? Some points.

A comfortable journey is everyone's concern when it comes to flights. I really know the frustration of suffering a bad flight journey as I too have experienced them. Now read these points, sit back, relax and enjoy your flight.

1. Clothes- Wearing comfortable and light dresses is a key to a peaceful flight. Clothes which are too harsh might make you uneasy. So, always try to wear fine quality loose clothes when you fly. It makes you feel cozy especially if your flight is more than 2 hours.

2. Footwear- Flying with feather-like foot will help you relax. All you need to know is, being cool makes a great flight. Tight shoes can be very itchy during flights and accumulate all the dust particles that gives out a bad smell to the fellow passengers as well as yourself. Therefore, using good footwear which has a greater access to the air outside is an important clue.

3. Drink your fuel- Aeroplane needs fuel to fly. You also need a fuel which is nothing but WATER. Yes, it's a fact that drinking a lot of water often and going to the washroom at correct timings can keep you hydrated so well. It will make you so comfy. It won't make your lips dry, you won't feel to lick them always. Your stomach will also be in good condition if proper amount of water is inside you. That's it. Befriend water.

4. Stories with music- Keep one or two feel-good books and a playlist of your favorite songs with you. This will distract you from irritations if any. It is also a time-killer for long flights.

5. Have light food- If you have long flights, you might think that having a heavy meal might sustain you for a long period. But it's not true. I you have light meals or snacks at fixed intervals, you'll have your hunger satisfied, also your body will be okay.

6. Breathe in, breathe out and SMILE!
